Equip, Empower & Engage in 2020

Our theme this year is Equip, Empower & Engage! FCFI is committed to encouraging and enabling God’s servants to expand His Kingdom. The Florida Regional is a great time of fellowship and equipping you to continue your assignment for the Lord! We draw strength from each other’s giftings and anointing. This is a great way to start your year.

One of our Featured Speakers is Pastor Randy Estelle, Lead Pastor of Exalt Church. Exalt Church has flowed from a vision planted in the hearts of Pastor Randy and Lisa Estelle many years ago. Since the founding of Courtyard Media Ministries more than 30 years ago, they have developed an international concert ministry, a publishing company, Circle Christian Arts Academy, and Exalt Church. All of these work together to present a lively, uplifting, and strongly Biblical message to our community and the world! Exalt Church was launched on Sep. 29, 2012 and has seen steady growth and an exciting vision take root. We exist to “equip great people to do great things!” (John 14:12) Pastor Randy has been a concert and recording artist for over 30 years. He and his wife, Lisa, have written many songs and produced concert experiences for the community to enjoy.
