It is the intention of FCFI and its leadership to provide to its churches two types of leadership:
No ecclesiastical, hierarchical, or denominational authority over its fellowship individual members and church members.
To provide ecclesiastical, hierarchical, or denominational authority to individual members and church members who request it.
It recognizes the sovereignty of each organization, and its ministries, to serve under the ultimate sovereignty of the Lord Jesus Christ. They are at liberty to license and ordain their own ministers, and carry out their own missionary outreach endeavors, as deemed appropriate, under their own commissioning rules, regulations and educational requirements.
FCFI, its leaders, and members are committed to serve through active fellowship, caring and sharing, and ministering within their unique areas of gifts and talents. Their goal is to build a strong body of believers by uplifting, strengthening and encouraging struggling or growing churches and ministries. Through the help of Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit they offer to you everything within their power, including supportive assistance and guidance in the organization, government and operation of churches, ministries, and associations.
FCFI welcomes the opportunity to interact and fellowship with other fellowships of similar faith and convictions. It recognizes the needs for unity in the body of Christ, the ministering gifts bestowed upon the New Testament Church, and Christ-like servant hood in being supportive and meeting other’s needs.
